What is Homerez?
Homerez works actively with many French and foreign owners in order to make a profit on their properties all year round. Leasing your second home became a real profession.

To manage your property effectively, you have to be present on many websites and respond quickly to reservation requests.

Our two main activities consist in posting our owners' advertisements on over twenty websites of holiday rentals, and responding quickly to reservation requests from travellers while offering quality customer service.
How much does the Homerez membership cost?
If you wish to join Homerez, it's free! No cost, no cancellation fee. We cover the costs to promote and distribute your accommodation with our partners.

The only cost charged will be 15% incl. VAT per reservation.
How much will I be charged? And what does it include?
You will only be charged for 15% incl. VAT of the rental price. There are no fixed fees, no admission fees, no contribution. It is a win-win situation: we only earn money if you do as well.

This fee includes the Homerez service, postings on websites for holiday rentals, advertisement management and reservation management.
How does Homerez turn holidaymakers' requests into reservations?
Homerez's team is responsive to holidaymakers' information requests. We consult requests sent all day and reply to them in less than an hour. We monitor your potential tenants from their reservation request to their confirmation and payment.

Concerning your advertisement, Homerez knows well the tips to make your property more valuable and therefore receive more reservations.

The title of your advertisement is chosen with care, the personalized description is enhanced by elements such as the good points of renting, the surrounding areas, quality pictures, etc.

By taking every step, we optimize the transformation of your requests into reservations.
On what websites will my advertisement be posted?
We are working with more than 20 websites for holiday rentals, both national and international. We establish new partnerships quite regularly.
Does Homerez take care of travellers on site?
Homerez takes care of writing the advertisement, posting it on several international websites in different languages, and managing reservation requests until the confirmation step and payment.

You will only have to welcome your tenants on site.

If you have not thought of any solution to manage these logistics, we can refer you to service enterprises and janitorial services in your area.
How do I know if my house is booked?
Homerez gives you access to a simple-to-use calendar online, instantly updated when you get a reservation.

On this calendar, you can add dates you would like to block for your own personal use.

Our account executives will teach you how to use the calendar at the beginning of our partnership.
How do I get paid?
It'ts very simple, we make sure to collect the money during the reservation.

Payments are secured and you will receive the full booking amount 2 days after the tenant arrives at your house.
If I can't speak many languages, how can I welcome foreign tenants?
Homerez and its multilingual team will help you communicate with your international tenants in order to facilitate their arrival.

If you encounter any problem, we advise you to contact us so we can help you make your travellers' stay as pleasant as possible.
Who accepts and/or confirms reservations? You or me?
Homerez ensures the management of your reservations for efficiency purposes and to take this burden off your shoulders.
Do I have the right to review tenants?
We keep the right to review tenants. We conscientiously examine their profiles, and make sure they fit the criteria of the property.
Who decides on the prices and conditions (minimum duration, deposit, etc.)?
Our account executives undertake a price study to give you the most adequate price for your property.

For this purpose, they study the properties in your surroundings which are similar to yours and readjust your price in order to make it as fair as possible.

For minimal durations or deposits, our account executives will advise you but it's up to you to decide on the minimal duration of your property's lease as well as the amount of your deposit.
