Before his collaboration with Homerez:

Frédéric was renting out his villa in Martinique but was unable to gain enough visibility to attract travellers all year round. He spent a lot of time manually managing his calendar and his prices were not adapted to seasonality. With Homerez's support, his listing was optimised and published on all major platforms, with high-quality photos. Rates are managed intelligently and guest communication is taken care of. The result: an 86% occupancy rate, approximately £28,000 in annual revenue and a satisfaction rating of 4.8/5. Frédéric has gained peace of mind and profitability.

Pretty house in the commune of Saint Pierre, with an uninterrupted view of the Caribbean Sea. Very functional and close to the shops and the beach. My friends and I had a wonderful time in the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which are not overlooked, in complete privacy and enjoying the beautiful sunset. We were able to prepare some tasty dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. Frédéric is very welcoming, courteous and available at all times. We'll be back!

The points of interest

Staying at Frédéric's villa in Saint-Pierre is an experience that combines historical memory and natural beauty. The town, once known as the ‘Little Paris of the Antilles’, still bears the moving scars of the 1902 eruption of Mount Pelée. Today, travellers alternate between cultural visits to the Frank A. Perret Museum, strolls in the colonial garden and moments of relaxation on the volcanic black sand beaches. The more athletic will set out to conquer Mount Pelée or explore the lush forests and surrounding waterfalls. Finally, the sea reveals a fascinating world of dolphins, turtles and underwater sculptures. With its history, nature and authentic Creole culture, Saint-Pierre offers a unique adventure.
